An interesting move by EBS, to acquire ClientKnowledge, the etrading optimisation and advisory consultancy.
The FX market consultancy services will be offered to EBS clients as ‘EBS Liquidity Optimisation Service’, with Justyn Trenner (ClientKnowledge founder) becoming Global Head of the new service.
The move follows the launch of EBS Direct, based on disclosed relationship-based ‘last look’ liquidity provision from top-tier banks and targeted at smaller downstream banks.
