It’s a busy day in the news for single-dealer platforms.
Paul Caplin features in an interesting article by Miriam Siers in FX Week, looking at single-dealer platforms from a user experience POV:
“Where banks are increasingly adding value is in the area of user experience (UX) design ā a phrase that just a few years ago was little used or misunderstood. Advanced UX design has become a major force in other parts of the computer industry, and in particular has been used to stunning effect by Apple, which has shown the world that if you get UX design right, you can make products that are amazingly compelling. It is about how to make the user’s experience as pleasurable and easy as possible,” says Paul Caplin, chief executive of single-dealer platform technology vendor Caplin Systems in London.
